This includes 13 years of award-winning sales, which includes being in the top 3% in sales volume of all individual Kansas City Metro agents in 2017. She also earned the Kansas City Five Star Award (top 7%) 8 years running for client satisfaction. Melissa uses the latest in technology for her clients and is one of only a few agents in the US with an e-Pro certification. Her background in engineering, pricing analytics and project management gives her clients a distinct advantage in regards to negotiations, attention to detail and completing the sale or buy.
